Pricing

Minimum 2 dozen of 1” ONE COLOR

I use a very simple guide that I think is fair for both you and me.

The base price starts at 1” inch, 1 color equals $1 per cookie. Prices vary. Ingredient prices go up and down. My prices are not set in stone!

Prices depends on:

              SIZE 1” to 4”

              Level of design

              Quantity of colors

              Quantity of designs

              Flavor

Ordering

The size of your order will determine the time needed to prep. As a general rule, for every two dozen, a week is required. A rush order may be considered because life happens, however, there is a demand fee of 25% and the order must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

I am happy to quote on any original design ideas you have and encourage you to send photos or drawings of what you would like! I can not use any copyrighted material, such as team logos or trademarked characters (ie Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny, etc.), without express written permission from the proper authority. I require a written document from the copyright holder to be in hand before I sell any baked goods with its likeness.

NOTE: THIS IS A QUOTE REQUEST, THIS IS NOT a guaranteed placement of an order. Once I receive your information and verify that I am able to commit the time needed for your order I will send you a quote. You will have 24 hours to accept the quote or pass. Upon accepting the quote, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours and you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions. When I receive this, it will guarantee your order.

FINAL PAYMENT is due one week prior to the pickup date. If I do not receive the final payment, I will attempt to contact you two times. If you do not respond within 24hrs of my first attempt, your order will be considered CANCELLED! Your 50% deposit will not be refunded nor transferable, as this was used to purchase your ingredients. If you pay in full at the time of placing your order and choose to cancel prior to one week of your pickup date, you will get 50% of the payment refunded. Should the situation arise that I need to cancel, all money will be refunded.

I may not show it, but I am very excited and honestly a little nervous,  about you getting your order and loving it as much as I do!

We have a set time for you to pick up your order. If you can not make it, PLEASE contact me ASAP! I stop all business activities at 5:00. This is your time to view your order and discuss anything that you may not be happy with. This is your only opportunity to reject your finished order. My purpose is to share what I love with people. I love cookies and I love to see people happy!

SOME THINGS WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER.

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU HAVE 24 HOURS FROM THE  TIME OF PICK UP TO CONTACT ME. 90% OF COOKIES MUST BE RETURNED TO ME UNOPENED. I WILL DETERMINE IF THE ISSUE CAN BE RESOLVED WITH A CREDIT FOR FUTURE ORDERS OR IF A REFUND IS DUE. I WILL NOT TOLERATE,  NOR DEAL WITH A RUDE PERSON!
